How Distance-Based Pricing Works

How Distance-Based Delivery Pricing Works

Our plugin calculates delivery charges based on how far the customer is from your store — making pricing fair and accurate for both short and long-distance orders.

🆓 Free Version – Simple Per-KM or Per-Mile Pricing

In the free version, you can set one price per unit of distance. For example:

You set a rate of $2 per KM
A customer is 15 KM away
The delivery fee will be: 15 × $2 = $30

✅ It’s quick to set up and works great for stores that offer local delivery.

💼 PRO Version – Advanced Delivery Pricing Features

📊 Tiered Pricing Based on Distance

Set different delivery rates depending on how far the customer is:

  • 0–10 KM → $1 per KM
  • 10–30 KM → $2 per KM
  • 30–50 KM → Fixed $10
  • 50+ KM → Custom pricing

➡️ This helps you cover costs more accurately, especially for long-distance deliveries.

🚚 Pickup & Delivery Mode

Let your customers enter both pickup and delivery addresses.

The plugin calculates the distance between the two — ideal for:

  • Courier services
  • Food or grocery delivery
  • Multi-location shipping

⛔ Delivery Restrictions by Distance

Set a maximum delivery range. If a customer’s address is too far, they’ll see an error message like:

“Sorry, we do not deliver beyond 15 KM.”

✅ This helps prevent unrealistic orders and ensures you only serve areas you actually cover.

⚙️ Easy Setup, No Coding Needed

Both the free and PRO versions are designed to be simple and user-friendly. Just enter your rates in the settings, and the plugin handles the rest.
